Initial Consultation
The process starts with a meeting at our Clearwater Cabinetry showroom located in Kernersville NC. Our team has extensive experience that will help create cabinets that fit your dreams, lifestyle, & budget. We will talk about your vision, needs, and ideas. We will guide you around the showroom providing examples of kitchen & bath ideas, layouts, materials & more.
Design & Exploration
We’ll sit down with you and review your project plans to understand your needs and vision truly. We will work through inspirational images and/or ideas you would like to incorporate into the design. We encourage you to bring your idea book, pictures, and anything else that will help. We will discuss options and make recommendations on maximizing the design and incorporating your ideas into the kitchen of your dreams.
Selection Phase
Clearwater Cabinetry’s wide selection of options is another way we differentiate ourselves from other cabinet companies. So go ahead – use your imagination and remember that we can make anything you want happen. The selection of woods, colors, and other small details will all come into play here. We offer a broad selection of style, function, and finish options. We’ve partnered with leading manufacturers, including the latest in cabinet accessories.

At this point, we will provide a 3D rendering to help you visualize your new space and customize cabinetry. In addition to the renderings, we will provide an initial estimate to give you an accurate idea of your project’s time frame and overall cost. This approach will help you envision the entire process so that we do not have any surprises later. You will have the opportunity to make adjustments to the design before moving to our next phase.
Production Phase
Now it’s time to move on to the production phase of your project. At this point final drawings will be customized to fit to your specific needs and budget. Once we complete this phase, your cabinets will be ordered.
Installation
The final phase of our cabinetry process is where it all comes together. The design, selection of materials, and newly constructed cabinets will be installed into your home just as planned from the very beginning. We are proud of our work, and we know that you’ll be pleased to see the finished product waiting for you at the end.
Follow-up Phase
Upon completion of your home, one of our team leaders will do a follow-up visit before moving in to ensure everything meets our quality standards.
